This 71 bedroom Palazzo Victoria is an intimate city centre hotel which encapsulates the very best of Italian culture and luxury living. Borsari 36 Restaurant: Encapsulating the very best of Italian culture, Executive Chef Carmine Calo and his team present Borsari 36, taking diners on a gastronomic journey with a contemporary take on traditional Italian cuisine. The restaurant invites guests to explore the best food in Verona whilst enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the historic city.

This new restaurant is a unique concept. An elegantly striking “show kitchen” takes a prominent position in the middle of the restaurant where guests can engage with a unique multisensory experience. Guests are treated to a “live show barbecue” where Executive chef of the Hotel Il Salviatino in Florence offers a selection of delcious homemade pastas and desserts, ready to be tried!

At Borsari 36, guests can enjoy the most exclusive Sunday brunch in Verona. Specialising in traditional homemade Italian cooking with an American twist, the brunch is rich in local produce, ready to satisfy the needs of the discerning diner.
