Villa Kishti’s striking architectural design, with its angled and sloping roofs, is unique on Anquilla. The name is derived from the Urdu word meaning an ark or canoe.  The contemporary build and design are enhanced by an Asian touch; providing tranquilty and privacy in a spectacular waterfront location on a volcanic shoreline. Outdoor spaces and huge windows take advantage of panoramic Atlantic views throughout Villa Kishti. Outdoors guests find a large infinity-edged pool, a hot tub set in a grotto, and a waterfront bar.  Outdoor living and dining spaces are perfect for enjoying the balmy trade-winds and endless views of the crystal Atlantic waters. The spacious living area with two story ceilings is graced by windows to the roofline and opens fully to the outdoor decking. Indoor-outdoor dining seats up to twelve guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, and overlooks the dining area.  An office and excercise/recreation room opens to a private terrace. Four bedroom suites are designed to provide privacy, and each opens to a private terrace with Atlantic views.  The master bedroom suite boasts an outdoor shower and a private outdoor hot tub.  Each suite provides a refrigerator and coffee services, a king sized bed, and a sitting room as well as an en-suite bathroom.  An additional fifth guest room hosts two twin beds and is available on request, allowing Villa Kishti to host ten guests comfortably. Anguilla is known by savvy travelers as the Caribbean destination that remains true to its roots, with a large selection of white sand beaches, beachside dining venues, and world-class snorkeling and diving.  Fishing is renowned and seven marine parks and wrecks are available for novice and experienced divers.  Villa Kishti offers a tranquil and private retreat with easy access to all that Anguilla has to offer.  It’s a five minute walk to Blackgarden Bay beach, and only a ten minute drive to The Valley.
