Day 1
Excursion starts:

Get the best VIP treatment on arrival into Logan Airport and be transferred to your fantastic hotel overlooking Boston Public Garden. Take a stroll down Newbury Street and enjoy a special welcome dinner of local seafood that has been arranged for your first night in the USA.

Day 2
Excursion starts:

Meet your expert local guide and walk the infamous Freedom Trail – re-living America’s tumultuous revolutionary history. Visit the home of American hero Paul Revere and grab a bite at Faneuil Hall. Get in a great view of Boston from the Skywalk Observatory and meet a Graduate Student in a field of your interest at Harvard or MIT as you explore Cambridge. In the evening, catch a baseball game (pending schedule) at Fenway Park.

Day 3
Excursion starts:

Today, board a private motor boat for a day out in the Bay including a stop in the Harbor Islands for a picnic. In the evening, enjoy a food tour of Boston’s diverse neighborhoods.

Day 4
Excursion starts:

Continue by train to the Big Apple in the morning. Upon arrival at the train station a greeter will meet you and escort you to your transfer vehicle to bring you to your hotel. After checking in, take an afternoon walking tour of New York’s original Dutch town and visit key historic sights of Lower Manhattan. Then get an overview of the city by private helicopter flying over the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and other highlights of downtown Manhattan.

Day 5
Excursion starts:

Your guide will give you an overview of Manhattan seeing it from a different perspective. Visit a cutting edge art gallery in the Meatpacking District, experience a local Chinese shopping street in Chinatown, take a pedicab tour of Central Park stopping for a gourmet deli-style picnic, and then meet a curator after-hours at New york’s most famous museum. Head back to your to hotel to freshen up and this evening take in a Broadway show and meet the cast after the show!

Day 6
Excursion starts:

This morning, explore the hidden gems of Brooklyn - the hippest neighborhood in NYC - with your local guide. Ride by bike and stop off for delicious treats along the way. This leisurely adventure will take you to hidden eateries, through charming tree-lined streets and parks and perhaps to a local chocolatier or two. The afternoon and evening are at your own leisure.

Excursion starts:

This morning, take the train to Philadelphia - the city of Brotherly Love. Meet your expert guide for a driving tour through the history of the American revolution visiting Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Tour the Barnes Foundation, one of the top art collections in the USA, with a curator.

Day 8
Excursion starts:

Your guide will take you out for a day in Lancaster, PA to see the Amish community.  Visit a traditional Amish farm, 18th century cloisters and learn about the history of the German settlers of Pennsylvania who still speak a dialect of German to this day. Return to Philadelphia and enjoy a traditional Philly Cheesesteak.

Day 9
Excursion starts:

Depart by train for Washington, the political capital of the USA, which has lately become a vibrant hub for food and art. On your first evening, take a private night tour of the monuments, surrounded by illuminated fountains and amazing views.

Day 10
Excursion starts:

Today, tour some of the city’s top sites including the National Gallery of Art, the Library of Congress, the Supreme Court, and Kennedy’s grave. In the evening, experience DC’s new African American renaissance with great jazz music, soul food and neighborhood art galleries.

Day 11
Excursion starts:

Today your guide will take you across the river to Virginia to visit George Washington’s sprawling plantation on a private tour.  Then head to picturesque old-town Alexandria, founded many years before the capital, for lunch. For your final evening in the Untitled States, you will enjoy a private sail for you along the beautiful Potomac river.

Day 12
Excursion starts:

After checking out of your hotel, head to Dulles International Airport in time to catch your return flight home.
