Itinerary

Day 1
Excursion starts:

You will be picked up from Tallinn International Airport and transferred to a five-star luxury boutique Hotel Telegraaf, which is nestled in Tallinn's Old Town. After the check-in and some free time, you will enjoy dinner (for an additional cost) at the restaurant Tchaikovsky. At the end of the eighteenth century, the best French chefs found their way to Russia. The resulting fusion of Russian and French cuisine has given the world a symbiosis that is eternally enjoyable. The restaurant, which offers high quality dining experience for real gourmets, where even the tiniest details are important, boasts prestigious Silver Spoon gastronomy awards as the Best Gourmet Restaurant of 2011/2012 and 2012/2013.

Day 2
Excursion starts:

After breakfast at the hotel you will enjoy a three-hour private walking tour in the Old Town of Tallinn. Your guide, who will meet you at the hotel, will help you discover some of the most fascinating aspects of Tallinn's rich history and present life. Keeping the dry facts and figures at a comfortable level, the guide will tell you about the things that really matter. You will hear many colorful tales of the city, about its history and its people.

During this walking tour you will also have a private visit to Tallinn Portrait Gallery. Located on the first floor of a Medieval building, it offers unique exhibitions. During this visit you will be welcomed by the owner of the gallery and offered a glass of Champagne and some sweets. He will also tell you more about this place.

Later you will visit a studio by kariné, which is a fine jeweler’s brand, established in 2001. The lady behind it is Karin Eensaar, an internationally certified gemologist with an FGA diploma. After graduating from her studies at the London Gemological Association and Gem Testing Laboratory of Great Britain, she practiced for a number of years at the Antwerp birch exchange. What makes her brand signature unique is the handwriting, which starts from the gem itself – for example, a large baroque pearl or an intensely colourful precious stone or diamond. The gem dictates almost everything: nature has already done half the job. The brand’s handwriting is bold and strong but still feminine – for women with character. The ideology behind it is related to the meaning of the word ‘unique’: every piece of jewellery should be as unique as the person who wears it. In 2009, a by kariné pendant known as the ‘dagger’ was given to Madonna as a gift by the organisers of her concert in Tallinn, Estonia.

After that you will enjoy lunch (for an additional cost) at the restaurant NOA ('Noah' in English), which is nothing but a sinking ship. On the contrary – Noa is remarkable for its location, architecture and interior design. Naturally, you can find the best of Estonian cuisine here accompanied by a million dollar view of the Tallinn skyline and the sea. Chef of Noa is one of the very best chefs in Estonia.

Following your lunch you will have some time for relaxing. After that you will enjoy a private one-hour visit to Amanjeda. Amanjeda Group was established by designer Katrin Kuldma. She has studied and worked in the fashion field in Tallinn and in New York. Strong impact to her style is made by the chic fashion capital Milan. Katrin Kuldma started with her Design Studio in 1993. Amanjeda is a traveler after dreams. Any one of us can be an Amanjeda following his or her dreams and heart. An Amanjeda looks for the best, for discreet luxury. The Amanjedas have high demands for quality and design. They value authenticity, functionality and uncompromising aesthetics in their clothing. The brand's endless inspiration sources are the authentic embroideries of the small island of Muhu and the passion for modern architecture. The embroidery tradition of Muhu has been strong for centuries. Muhu Island has unique vibe of relaxed luxury with its small boutique resorts and spas.  This discreet luxury in harmony with expressive embroideries and colors, precise shapes and cuts is characteristic also to Amanjeda collections. The flaming colors and powerful flower motives are the highlights of the brand's sophisticated and structured minimalism. During this special visit to Amanjeda you will be offered some sweets and champagne – perfect aperitif before dinner at restaurant!

In the evening you will have dinner (for an additional cost) at Dominic Restaurant. It is a classical restaurant in one of the oldest houses in the Tallinn's Old Town. European cuisine is graced by the best wine list in the town.

Day 3
Excursion starts:

After breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to Kadriorg for a private 1,5-hour walking tour, where the guide will help you discover some of the most fascinating aspects of history and present life. Kadriorg Park is the marvelled jewel of Estonia's capital Tallinn. Aristocratic yet cosy by nature, here you will find a large manicured park dotted with baroque architecture. The construction of the Kadriorg Palace was commenced by the Tsar Peter the Great of Russia in 1718. It was named Kadriorg (in German Catharinenthal) in honour of his wife Catherine I and its abundantly decorated main hall is one of the most exquisite examples of baroque architecture both in Estonia and in northern Europe. Surrounded with fountains, hedges and flowerbeds, Kadriorg was planned after the model of Versailles and served as an imperial summer residence. Soon the word spread, and Tallinn grew to be a popular summer resort of the 19th century. Today, the palace welcomes visitors as Art Museum of Estonia and has hosted several high profile guests such as the U.S President Barack Obama in September 2014.

After that you can enjoy an optional excursion to KUMU Art Museum (for an additional cost), which was opened in 2006. This is the new and grand headquarters of the Art Museum of Estonia, which attracts everyone that is interested in Estonian art and culture. Both Estonian art classics as well as the works of artists that cultivate modern trends are on display at Estonia's largest museum.  In 2008, the KUMU Art Museum was recognized as the best museum in Europe and the winner of the European Museum of the Year Award.

Later you will be transferred to FARM restaurant for lunch (for an additional cost). The secured Estonian farm’s atmosphere of bourgeois period and absolutely new taste of truly Estonian products in the modern culinary performance settled at the very heart of the medieval Tallinn.

Following the lunch you will walk back to hotel and have time for relaxing. Later you will enjoy dinner (for an additional cost) at the restaurant Art Priori, which is a walking distance from the hotel. In Art Priori high-level art is elegantly combined with excellent food. The restaurant’s interior has been executed according to special creative projects in the spirit of Gothic architecture characteristic of Tallinn. Ideas of the old world are linked with the new in a modern way. Art Priori has three separate dining halls – high value original art is exhibited in each of them. Paintings from the past up to contemporary times offer intellectual and aesthetic experiences that accompany the delicious food like refined gourmet. After dinner you will come back to the hotel on foot.

Day 4
Excursion starts:

After breakfast it is time to say "Goodbye" to Tallinn. You will be transferred to Tallinn International Airport for your flight back home.
