Welcome to Levi!

Your private VIP host will you meet you at the airport and transfer you to your chalet. Whether your idea of heaven is blasting down a slope, exploring the Arctic surroundings, taking part in exciting activities, or experiencing the aurora spirit, Levi offers the excitement and the comforts you need for a truly relaxing, memorable and fun holiday for the entire family amidst Lapland’s beautiful wilderness.

Villa Viima is a brand new luxury chalet in Levi area. The chalet is on a top of the Levi fell with spectacular view to the surrounding Arctic nature. It offers a perfect balance with privacy and close by services. This chalet features large living room & dining area, 5 ensuite bedrooms, lounge with fireplace & home theatre and sauna with outdoor jacuzzi. Also, an outdoor firepit awaits for the ones looking for the Northern Lights.

You will have all the delicious meals in your chalet prepared by your private chef and will be served by your own waiter or host. Your requested dinner or lunch will be served exactly by your liking, either as 3-course, 4-course or as 6-course tasting menu. All ingrediencies are as local as possible to highlight Lappish products. The breakfast is prepared as you wish.

Day 2

Private Dogsledding in the Forest including Lunch

The huskies are eagerly waiting for you at the farm since they know that they get to do their favourite thing: running. And run they sure can! Before the safari begins you will get the instructions how to drive the dog sled becoming a real "musher". The speedy sled ride with huskies in the wintery white forest is really an amazing experience. Meanwhile one person is piloting the sled, another one is sitting in the sled as a passenger. You can change places in the middle of the route if you like. After you return to the farm, you have time to spend with huskies and take unforgettable pictures before enjoying a lunch.

Private Reindeer Safari
Reindeer is a half tame animal, that has its own nature and habits. Therefore it takes several years to train one as a reliable and safe sleigh reindeer. Every reindeer is trained individually from the very beginning. Experience the silence of nature in a noiseless reindeer sleigh. Forget your hurries, just relax, observe surrounding forest and enjoy. Reindeer are waiting for you in snowy, frozen forest. During the program you will get in touch with trained reindeer and feed them with lichen. You will be told how to handle and treat reindeer and you can also try to catch wooden reindeer with Lappish lasso. During the program you will warm up with hot drink and cookie.

Day 3

Snowmobile Safari with Ice-Fishing and outdoor lunch
A firm favourite with the locals! Two much loved pastimes in one tour; snowmobiling and ice fishing. You will make your way through the wilderness on breathtaking snowmobile trails to a picturesque river or lake. Once there you will be taught the skill of ice fishing through the thick ice. First you will drill your hole, then it’s time to test your new skills, and try to lure fish to your line. A soup lunch of the day with bread and butter, table water, coffee/tea and sweet bun will be served.

Afternoon Visit to Lainio Snow Village by Car
Nearly 200 km above the Arctic Circle lies a unique and magical world made from ice and snow. Each year, around 20 million kilos of snow and 350 000 kilos of crystal clear natural ice are used to build the spectacular Lapland Hotels SnowVillage which changes in shape, size and design to amaze visitors year after year. The SnowVillage includes, for instance, ice sculptures, decorated snow suites, an ice restaurant and an ice bar, as well as an ice chapel. You will have a guided tour at Lainio Snow Village.

Day 4

Private Snowshoeing or Nordic skiing trip in the National Park
You will be taken for a memorable snowshoeing or Nordic skiing tour into the beautiful nature of Levi.

Snowshoeing is a great way to experience Lapland’s winter landscapes. You can enjoy fresh, clean air, experience the peace and tranquility of nature and also enjoy some light and fun exercise. People in the Arctic have used snowshoes for centuries to reach deep snowy landscapes that would otherwise be inaccessible. Using snowshoes is easy – reasonably good balance and suitable clothing is all you need. During the trip there will be a break to enjoy hot drinks and a snack in the lovely winter surroundings.

Nordic skiing or cross-country skiing, is somewhat of a national sport in Finland. It is suitable for everybody and extremely good for the body and mind, with beautiful winter scenery serving as an inspiring backdrop.

Northern Lights Hunting from your Chalet
Every night you have the possibility to go out and search for the Northern Lights. Your host will be checking the possibilities to see the Aurora and will notify you for the best possibilities.

Please note that the Northern Lights cannot be guaranteed as it's a natural phenomenon.

Today, after breakfast you will be transferred back to the airport for your flight back home.
