    Please note, that if you want to experience the Palio di Siena horse race, which take place twice per year, on the 2nd of July and the 16th of August, this trip have to be booked for these travel periods: 28/06/2025 – 06/07/2025 OR 12/08/2025 – 21/08/2025
    If you want the same trip without the Palio di Siena, this trip can be booked for the period from early April to the end of October.

Day 1

Morning
Arrive in Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Lunch
Enjoy lunch at 1 star Michelin restaurant – "Osteria Gucci by Massimo Bottura" – one of the most renowned Italian chefs, whose restaurant "Osteria Francescana" (3 Michelin stars) in Modena was awarded as the world’s best restaurant (number 1) by "The World’s 50 Best Restaurants" in 2016 and 2018.

Afternoon
Have a private visit with an Art Historian at the Uffizi Gallery and admire the works of Sandro Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio, Tiziano and others.
Note, that the gallery can be privatized on request.

Dinner
Savour the famous Florentine steak at "Regina Bistecca" restaurant, that was No 19 at the "World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants".

Morning
After breakfast, get to know more about the famous Italian designer and fashion brand – Emilio Pucci. Enjoy an exclusive and completely private visit to the Pucci Palace with an Archive Specialist, where you can learn everything about the brand. Palazzo Pucci N6 is a Renaissance palace that used to be the headquarters for the brand but now moved to Milan. His daughter, Laudomia Pucci, overlooks the Palazzo that is furnished with modern designer furniture, featuring a captivating blend of original historical furnishings and contemporary solutions that enhance its spaces and frescoes. Inside the palace, there are archive pieces on thematic display, which are updated throughout the year, as well as exhibitions of furniture and accessories from the brand and various Italian artisans, such as carpets, ceramics, perfumes, crystals, and silverware, among others.

Lunch
Have lunch at 1 star Michelin restaurant Borgo San Jacopo, where you can enjoy not only great food, but also romantic Arno River and Ponte Vecchio views.

Afternoon
Enjoy a private guided tour of Oltrarno – Florence’s most soulful district, where you can see many artisanal shops. Start your tour from Ponte Vecchio, and on the way to Pitti Palace walk through the Oltrarno district and learn more about it.

Later come back to your hotel and privatize the bar for a very special experience: the Negroni Masterclass. Learn, experience and create a legendary drink whose history began in Florence in 1919 and find out the reason why this cocktail has gained international fame.

Dinner
Your dinner will be at Cantinetta Antinori, one of the most famous restaurants in Florence with a rich history. Located within the vaulted cellars of Palazzo Antinori, this place captures the world famous wine-making Antinori family’s links with the Chianti region.

Go outside Florence to visit the world famous porcelain factory – "Ginori 1735", that is owned by Gucci. Established in 1735, this iconic Italian brand is the expression of the Italian excellence in the field of luxury and lifestyle, producing some of the world's finest porcelain.

Lunch
Enjoy lunch at "Saporium Firenze" (1 Michelin star & 1 Green Michelin star) by a talented young chef Ariel Hagen.

Afternoon
After breakfast, meet the local Florentine perfumer Mr Luca Fisichella in his studio in Oltrarno, who is the "nose" behind the "Magno Gaudio" perfumes. During this unique almost 5 hour long olfactory experience you will create your own perfume with the help of Luca.

Dinner
Savour delightful dishes at "Enoteca Pinchiorri" – Florence’s only 3 star Michelin restaurant.

Day 4

Morning
After breakfast enjoy some free time in Florence. Later you will be transferred to the Tuscan countryside, with a stop for lunch on your way.

Lunch
Enjoy lunch at 1 star Michelin restaurant "Osteria di Passignano", that also belongs to the famous Antinori family. Located in the medieval abbey in the heart of Chianti Classico and nestled between prestigious vineyards in an area celebrated for fine wine and Tuscan culinary traditions, the restaurant highlightis the territory’s rich history and passion for Tuscan flavours.

Afternoon
Arrive at your hotel in the Tuscan countryside and enjoy some free time before being transferred to Siena for a special dinner.

Dinner
Enjoy a special Palio dinner in one of the local Contrada restaurants in the heart of Siena. Soak in the special atmosphere, talk to the like-minded people and get ready for tomorrow’s horse race! After dinner come back to your hotel.

Day 5

All Day

Today after breakfast you will go to Siena and experience the special aura of the iconic and passionate Palio di Siena. It is a historic horse race that takes place every year on the 2nd of July and the 16th of August in Siena.

Live the iconic race at its finest and enjoy the uniqueness of an incomparable view from a historical palace overlooking the famous Piazza del Campo. During the day you will be served snacks and drinks.

In the evening return to your hotel.

Day 6

Morning
After breakfast enjoy a scenic helicopter flight over Val d’Orcia. Start from the hotel’s helipad and fly over the beautiful valley that is dotted with beautiful rolling hills, traditional farmhouses and tall cypress trees. You will land close to Montalcino where you will continue your journey by road.

Lunch
You will visit a cooking school where you will have a cooking class. You can choose what you want to learn to make: either pizza, fresh pasta or typical Tuscan specialties. Your lunch will be the food that you made.

Afternoon
Return to your hotel and enjoy a 50-minute spa treatment.

Dinner
Enjoy dinner at the hotels's traditional Tuscan restaurant – "Cantina", which is located in the hotel's Medieval wine cellar.

Morning
After breakfast travel to Chianti region where you will stay for 2 more nights. On your way stop in San Gimignano – a picturesque Medieval town that is often called the "Manhattan of the Middle Ages" because of its distinctive tall towers. Have a short walk with a private guide, stop to savour the best gelato in Tuscany by Mr Sergio Dondoli – the world’s ice cream champion.

Lunch
Have lunch at San Gimignano's best restaurant – "Linfa", which is awarded with 1 Michelin star.

Afternoon
Arrive at your hotel in the beautiful and expansive Castelfalfi estate, have some rest and later enjoy olive oil and wine tasting at the estate.

Dinner
Enjoy dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant "Il Rosmarino" and taste great pizzas and pastas.

Day 8

Morning
After breakfast at the hotel enjoy a unique and a truly "must" experience while in Tuscany - truffle hunting. Be guided by the best truffle hunters in all Tuscany – "Savini Tartufi". Learn all the secrets about truffles and find some summer truffles together with an experienced truffle hunter and his dog.

Lunch
You will savour truffle lunch in a local farmhouse.

Afternoon
Come back to the estate and then embark on an adventurous cycling tour with a private guide around the Castelfalfi estate and the Tuscan hills on an e-bike. Pedal through a dreamland of beauty and tranquility, exploring the ancient landscape of leafy olive groves and luscious vines. Admire the dappled sunlight filtering through the tree canopies and tune into the gentle serenade of crickets.

Enjoy your dinner at Castelfalfi's exclusive restaurant "La Rocca", that is part of the Medieval castle.

Day 9

Morning
After breakfast it is time to say goodbye to beautiful Tuscany. You will go to either Pisa or Florence depending on your airport of departure.
