    To experience the Palio di Siena, which takes place twice a year—on the 2nd of July and the 16th of August—this trip must be booked for the following periods:

    If you prefer the same experience without the Palio, the trip is available from early April to the end of October.

Day 1
1

Morning
Arrive at Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.

Lunch
Enjoy lunch at 1 star Michelin restaurant – Osteria Gucci by Massimo Bottura – one of the most renowned Italian chefs, whose restaurant Osteria Francescana (3 Michelin stars) in Modena was awarded as the world’s best restaurant (number 1) by "The World’s 50 Best Restaurants" in 2016 and 2018.

Afternoon
Have a private visit with an Art Historian at the Uffizi Gallery and admire the works of Sandro Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio, Tiziano and others.
Note, that the gallery can be privatized on request.

Dinner
Dine at Enoteca Pinchiorri, Florence's only three-star Michelin restaurant.

Morning
After breakfast, enjoy an exclusive, private visit to the Pucci Palace with an archive specialist. Explore the heritage of the Emilio Pucci brand in this Renaissance palace, which features a mix of original historic furnishings and contemporary design.

Lunch
Relish lunch at Michelin-starred Borgo San Jacopo, with views of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio.

Afternoon
Take a private guided tour of the Oltrarno district, known for its artisanal shops. Learn about Florence’s craft traditions and then head back to your hotel for a Negroni Masterclass in a privatized bar. Learn, experience and create a legendary drink whose history began in Florence in 1919 and find out the reason why this cocktail has gained international fame.

Dinner
Dine at Cantinetta Antinori, a historic Florence restaurant set in the vaulted cellars of Palazzo Antinori, with a connection to the famed Chianti wine family.

Visit the world-famous Ginori 1735 porcelain factory, owned by Gucci, and witness the craftsmanship that defines Italian luxury.

Lunch
Enjoy lunch at Saporium Firenze (1 Michelin star & 1 Green Michelin star), helmed by talented young chef Ariel Hagen.

Afternoon
Meet the local Florentine perfumer Mr Luca Fisichella in his studio in Oltrarno, who is the "nose" behind the Magno Gaudio perfumes. During this unique almost 5 hour long olfactory experience you will create your own perfume with the help of Luca.

**Please note that this exclusive perfume-making experience is available for one guest at a time, ensuring a personalized, one-on-one session with Florence’s top perfumer.


Dinner
Indulge in a famous Florentine steak at Regina Bistecca, ranked No. 19 on The World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants.

After breakfast, enjoy some leisure time in Florence before heading to the Tuscan countryside, with a stop for lunch along the way.

Afternoon
Arrive at your Tuscan countryside hotel, where you’ll have free time before being transferred to Siena for a special dinner.

Dinner
Experience a traditional Palio dinner at a local Contrada restaurant in Siena, immersing yourself in the atmosphere of this historic event.

All Day

After breakfast, immerse yourself in the excitement of the Palio di Siena, a historic horse race held in Siena every July 2nd and August 16th. Watch the race from a historical palace overlooking Piazza del Campo and enjoy drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Day 6

Morning
Begin the day with a scenic helicopter flight over the picturesque Val d’Orcia. Fly over rolling hills, traditional farmhouses, and tall cypress trees, landing near Montalcino.

Lunch
You will visit a cooking school where you will have a cooking class. You can choose what you want to learn to make: either pizza, fresh pasta or typical Tuscan specialties. Your lunch will be the food that you made.

Afternoon
Return to your hotel for a relaxing 50-minute spa treatment.

Dinner
Dine at the hotel’s Cantina, a traditional Tuscan restaurant set in a medieval wine cellar.

Day 7

Morning
After breakfast travel to Chianti region where you will stay for 2 more nights. On your way stop in San Gimignano – a picturesque Medieval town that is often called the "Manhattan of the Middle Ages" because of its distinctive tall towers. Have a short walk with a private guide, stop to savour the best gelato in Tuscany by Mr Sergio Dondoli – the world’s ice cream champion.

Lunch
Have lunch at San Gimignano's best restaurant – "Linfa", which is awarded with 1 Michelin star.

Afternoon
Arrive at your hotel in the beautiful and expansive Castelfalfi estate, have some rest and later enjoy olive oil and wine tasting at the estate.

Dinner
Enjoy dinner at the hotel's Italian restaurant "Il Rosmarino" and taste great pizzas and pastas.

Day 8

Morning
After breakfast, embark on a truffle hunting adventure in Tuscany with Savini Tartufi, learning about truffles and hunting for summer varieties with a local expert and his dog.

Lunch
Indulge in a truffle-themed lunch at a local farmhouse.

Afternoon
Return to Castelfalfi and enjoy a private e-bike tour through the Tuscan hills, exploring ancient olive groves and vineyards.

Dinner
End your day with a meal at La Rocca, a fine restaurant within a medieval castle at Castelfalfi.

Day 9

Morning
After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Tuscany. Depending on your departure airport, you will be transferred to either Pisa or Florence.
