The Italian dining concept transforms fresh seasonal ingredients into uncomplicated, heart-warming dishes, intended to be shared amongst family and friends.

Seeking inspiration for simple, soul-satisfying dishes, Arva sources the majority of its ingredients locally, through partnerships with farmers, fishermen, market traders and niche suppliers from the surrounding region.

Bringing Aman’s eastern roots to one of the West’s greatest cities, Nama celebrates the Japanese washoku dining tradition with authentic, uncomplicated and elegant dishes that champion the world’s finest produce. The restaurant also features a Japanese Hinoki wood counter for hosting omakase fine dining experiences.

Nama invites guests to explore the Japanese fine-dining concept of omakase. Translating to ‘I leave it up to you,’ the omakase experience at Nama sees diners enjoy a multi-course menu chosen by Chef Takuma Yonemaru, based on ingredients sourced that day. Served at the restaurant’s Japanese Hinoki wood counter, guests can observe the theatre of the food preparation, coming face-to-face with the chef as he works artfully to create each diner’s bespoke menu.
