Arctic Bath is an extraordinary new floating spa hotel located on the Lule River near the small village of Harads in Swedish Lapland. Built in a circular shape on the water, Arctic Bath floats during the summer and freezes into ice during the winter, offering visitors a unique year-round Arctic wellness experience, with a giant ice bath in the middle, ringed with three saunas, a spa treatment room and hot baths.

At Arctic Bath, each room has been thoughtfully designed with a high level of comfort and luxury in mind, while keeping with the overall wellness focus. Even though you will lay your head indoors at night, the surrounding nature has been incorporated into the cabins and suites. Natural, sustainable materials with a rich history such as wood, stone, leather and luxurious textiles harmonize together with Scandinavian design. Location

Private transfers to and from Luleå Airport, one hour and 15 minutes by car, can be arranged. You can also travel to other destinations both by car and by helicopter depending on weather and season.

The chefs have carefully planned set menus inspired by the natural surroundings and with Arctic Bath's wellness focus in mind.

The chefs prepare a daily changing five course set menu based on local ingredients, with signature dishes including lightly smoked capercaille, Gahkku (Sámi flat bread) and Gompa (a Sámi dish with Arctic Angelica and sour milk). Experiences - activities

Nature hike in ecopark
A local Sami guide takes you on a 3 hour hike that is adapted to your level, experience and condition. During the hike the Sami nature guide guides you in animal tracks, wildlife, nature and local sami culture. The hike goes along a mountain ridge to a beautiful viewpoint. You will also visit a beautiful forest lake, this naturehike will offer a lot of photo oportunities. Swedish homebaked Fika and snacks are served during the hike so that your mood and blood sugar levels are on top.
