The Restaurant is an immersion in Mediterranean cuisine. Offering healthy, balanced and tasty options, the cuisine is based on the products of these terroirs bathed in sun, spices and scents from elsewhere, selected from inspired and inspiring producers.
This is one of the district's stores. An ideal setting to unleash the imagination of pastry chef Yann Brys for traditional desserts and signature creations. Pastry chef Yann Brys. Best Craftsman of France in 2011, known for his emblematic swirl cakes, he leaves his signature on the sweet creations of the hotels Evok, Nolinski and Brach. Gourmet and daring, his pastry is both healthy and unconventional in addition to original, detailed and colourful.
As the Restaurant, the Bar is a full-fledged journey where you find joy, generosity and sharing, values which are dear to Brach hotel. Always inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, the bar team works from fresh produce: condiments prepared on the spot, mortar ground spices, cold-pressed juices and products such as home-made syrups. A tapas menu is also offered, always true to Brach hotel's identity.
From April 2019, Brach will unveil a 400 m2 terrace located on the 1st floor. In-keeping with the hotel’s spirit of relaxation and comfort, the terrace is brimming with exotic furniture, comfortable chairs and booths, warm lights and raw materials, natural oak, metal, leather and marble that create this special atmosphere.
