Also the rooms and suites carry the names of painters associated with Cagnes. They are decorated in a traditional elegant Provençal style with period furniture and feature historic frescoes and paintings by Emile Wery. Fully renovated in 2012, all rooms are soundproofed and offer air conditioning, a seating area, TV, and wonderful views as far as Cap d'Antibes. Particular care was given to the bathrooms with its stone sinks, earthenware pieces and heated floors. Some rooms and suites have private terraces or balconies and a bath tub.
The Château le Cagnard’s restaurant is an absolutely magical place. The main dining room is renowned for its sliding ceiling that opens up to reveal the blue sky, thus extending the beautiful terrace and its sublime view of the Mediterranean sea and the surrounding hills. A brilliantly selected wine list is offered to reveal or distinguish the flavors of Provence. The restaurant is open every day, and its menu remains reasonably priced.
