HASSAN II MOSQUE
Rising above the Atlantic, this magnificent monument – one of the world’s largest mosques – was designed by French architect Michel Pinseau. At 210 metres (689 feet), the minaret is Morocco’s tallest structure and the highest minaret in the world.

This nine-hole, par-35 golf course opened at the Anfa-Casablanca racecourse in 1942. Though the course may be short, it is exceptionally challenging. Facilities include a golf school, putting green, practice range and a clubhouse with restaurant.
Located beside the Royal Palace, this traditional marketplace – built in the 1930s – is Casablanca’s best place for Moroccan rugs, pottery, teapots, leather goods and more. Be sure to visit the olive market and try the delicious Moroccan pastries.
ART DECO DISTRICT
Casablanca’s economic boom in the 1920s led to the construction of countless art deco buildings designed by French architects. Start your walking tour in the Square of Mohammed V, the focal point for the city’s grand boulevards.
The Golden Triangle is an upscale district mixing luxury shopping, fine and casual dining, and residential and corporate headquarters. A key showpiece is the two-tower Casablanca Twin Center, Morocco’s first skyscrapers, and still the city’s tallest buildings.

MUSÉE ABDERRAHMAN SLAOUI
This intimate Casablanca museum features a private collection of Moroccan jewellery, crystal art, old advertising posters and paintings by Jacques Majorelle, the French painter famous for creating the Majorelle Gardens in Marrakech.
This promenade along the Atlantic is a favourite spot among locals. Ideal for a morning jog or sunset stroll, it’s also perfect for exploring the affluent Anfa area with its unique Hollywood flair. In the evening, you’ll feel the city’s festive spirit.
ANFAPLACE SHOPPING CENTRE
Within walking distance from the Hotel, the three-storey AnfaPlace Shopping Centre consists of 80 casual-to-upscale boutiques and a variety of restaurants.
A five-minute drive from the Hotel brings you to Morocco Mall, the largest mall in Africa. With 350 boutiques, the mall offers international luxury brands as well as a Morocco souk, designed after the renowned Fez Medina.
THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE DISTRICT
The Golden Triangle district, a 15-minute drive from the Hotel, is the ideal place to explore art galleries and independent and stand-alone boutiques. These distinctive shops offer both casual and luxury local and international brands.
For the best Moroccan souvenirs, head to the Habous medina for local arts and crafts, including pottery, brass work, tea accessories and rugs. The kaftans and colourful leather babouches are a must-buy to bring back home.

Enlist the help of a private coach and surf the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy a morning jog on the beautiful La Corniche, complete with the peaceful sounds of waves and fresh sea breezes from the Atlantic Ocean. Or, run the Atlantic and the Anfa-Superieur district with some company. Every Tuesday, the Hotel welcomes you to a Run My Atlantic jogging session from 6:45 am to 7:30 am.
Morocco is a golfer's paradise, with up to 10 golf courses located within an hour’s drive from the Hotel. Golfers will enjoy the Royal Dar Es Salam, a world-renowned golf course designed in 1971 by Robert Trent Jones. Located near Rabat in the heart of a cork oak forest, the domain is spread across four square kilometres (440 hectares) of trees, flowers and water and offers three courses, including the Red Course, appreciated by real experts. At the El Jadida Royal Golf Club from Cabell B. Robinson, players will enjoy the lush greens with fairways lined with cypress and pine trees, as well as rose and jasmine flowers. Closer to the Hotel is the Anfa Royal Golf Club and the Casa Green Golf Club. Other options within a 45-minute drive include the courses of Mohamedia, Benslimane and Bouznika Bay.

MOROCCO DAY TRIPS
The political capital of Morocco was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2012. Located 90 kilometres (56 miles) north of Casablanca, Rabat is an easy one-hour drive away. You can also take the train shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes from Casa-Port railway station. (The station is within a 10 minute-drive from the Hotel.) Embark on a memorable journey in Rabat. Explore the peaceful archaeological Roman site of the Chellah, the beautiful Kasbah of the Udayas, Consul Street and the Hassan Tower, the city’s landmark, which adjoins the Mohammed V mausoleum. The Museum Mohammed VI of Modern and Contemporary Art is the latest addition to the Moroccan cultural scene. The museum’s temporary exhibitions in partnership with other world-renowned museums are not to be missed.
Located 90 kilometres (56 miles) or a one-hour drive south of Casablanca on the Atlantic coast, El Jadida is also ideal for a day trip. The Portuguese Fortified City was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004, for an outstanding example of the interchange of influences between European and Moroccan cultures.
Accessble via a three-hour drive south of Casablanca, you'll arrive in time for lunch. Then, head out to explore the Jamaa El Fna plaza, the medina and the city’s most renowned sites, such as the Majorelle Garden, the Menara Gardens and the Koutoubia Mosque. While you’re enjoying the city’s ideal climate and sunshine, you’ll also delight in the panorama view of the snow-kissed Atlas Mountains.
