At Hambleton Hall, the exceptional wining and dining is offered in their award winning restaurant. Michelin star Chef, Aaron Patterson and his highly skilled team use only the best local produce and the dishes have a strong seasonal bias producing quite brilliant, assured cooking. Weddings

The facilities at Hambleton for weddings include the Private Dining Room, the Study and Hambleton Restaurant. The Croquet Pavilion at Hambleton Hall and Hart’s Restaurant in Nottingham are also available. All the facilities are suitable to host a large number of guests.

In addition to the rooms in the main house, the Croquet Pavilion is a cottage adjacent to the hotel. The Pavilion consists of a large king sized double bedroom and splendid en-suite marble bathroom and a smaller double/twin bedded room with a bathroom on the ½ landing. At ground floor level a comfortable fully equipped sitting room and a breakfast room are provided. The Pavilion is 40 metres from the house and has fine views of Rutland Water from its own private terrace. The Cottage is ideal for two couples or a family travelling together.

The second biggest room in the main house has wonderful southerly views across the gardens and Rutland Water. A very sunny room, where walls are papered in Chinese 18th century design in blues and cream. The wide bed has a French 19th century corona with pale blue curtains. There are two comfortable armchairs, either side of a breakfast table in the window. Middlehurst has one of our largest marble bathrooms with a twin washbasin, a mirrored wall, a good shower and a large bath.
