Hotel Baumanière is a luxury boutique hotel in Provence, just at the foot of the beautiful Les Baux-de-Provence. The Provençal farmhouse, restored with love, is an oasis of freshness and gentle living that combines the traditions of Provence and French cuisine.
In this five-star hotel, wellbeing and gastronomy go hand in hand. Hotel Baumanière is a legend, a unique place, on the edge of life, overlooking the exceptional mineral world of Les Baux-de-Provence. Crickets sing to you while you have a nap, the fountains murmur, the plane trees afford shade. The fragrant valleys open their arms for a gentle escapade, whether on bicycle or on foot, while the pool offers its refreshing waters, which since its creation in 1951, have seen many famous guests dive into their pure blue.
Over the years, tHotel Baumanière has been extended. At about 500 metres, the other side of the olive grove, the Guigou and its charming little garden can be found and a little further the massive Manoir. Visitors can indulge in the shade of its garden arbor, or gently stroll through the French-style gardens. Within no distance of the Spa Baumaniére, you'll find the tennis court and boules ground.
Those who were familiar with Raymond Thuilier's rich, creamy style of cooking, so generous in nature, and then appreciated the daring simplicity of his grandson Jean-Andre Charial's subtle, pure cuisine, are now falling under the charm of chef Sylvestre Wahid's creativity. He has succeeded in updating the classic dishes on the menu without having them lose any of their authenticity. Coming back to Provence after having been trained with Thierry Marx and Alain Ducasse has given him the opportunity to reinvent the type of cuisi...
L'oustau de Baumaniére Spa, in the gardens of La Cabro d'Or (another property owned by the same owners), opened its doors in 2007.
It is a large, airy space, with bright, luminous treatment rooms opening onto a patio, offering facial and body treatments, massages, a Hammam, fitness studio and sensory pool: the Spa Baumaniére was conceived for sensual pleasure.

The main building of L'Oustau opened its doors 1946. Today, it has 7 rooms, 3 junior suites and a main suite. Some were decorated by young designers like Stephane Plassier, who planted a tree in the middle of Suite 63, some were renovated by Madame Charial in a contemporary style, while others have kept the authentic charm of the past.
Le Manoir, 900 meters from L'Oustau and very close to Spa Baumaniére, is the second location where L'Oustau de Baumaniére Provence guests are housed: a spacious Bastide with 7 rooms and 7 suites, some of which open onto a private garden or terrace. Breakfast is served in the formal French garden. Le Manoir has its own large pool and a arbour where lunch is served on hot days.
Located 500 meters from the main building, La Guigou was renovated in 1998. This small country house with 5 rooms has kept its Provencal spirit intact, with a magnificent view of the village of Les Baux. La Guigou is highly sought after by large families, which can take it over entirely and use it like a private house.
