Rome is the ideal destination to indulge in an elegant déjeuner-sur-l’herbe in one of the countless, fascinating parks and gardens that characterize the historic city center thanks to the J.K. Pic-Chic Box. The team at J.K. Café is available to prepare a personalized menu based on homemade focaccia and bread, tempting tartare, savoury pies, cheeses, tasty sandwiches suitable for the younger guests, the inevitable "fritto alla Romana", fresh fruit, biscuits, desserts, and pies. Dishes will be accompanied by wine, water, juices and in the aperitif basket a fresh bottle of Franciacorta Cà del Bosco Cuveè Prestige, to toast a romantic sunset while contemplating the ray of lights that colour the roofs of the city.

ARCHEORUNNING

ArcheoRunning is the training created exclusively for J.K. Place Roma’s guests, who have the desire to combine physical exercise with the possibility of getting to know the most unusual places in Rome. The experience takes place with the company of Isabella Calidona, art historian, FIDAL technician, CONI physical trainer and licensed tour guide who creates suitable routes for all types of training and of different lengths – from 4 to 6 km – to discover the beauties of the Eternal City.

THE POPE’S SECRET GARDEN
Perched dramatically above Lake Albano, the papal summer residence at Castel Gandolfo is an enchanting trove that hides three precious gems inside: a private chapel, the bedroom of the Pope and a marvelous garden. A special place for its climate and landscape, between hedges of hawthorn and blossoming rose bushes. you will get started in Campo de Fiori, immerse yourself in the lively ambiance of this
place, taste some local pizza in a bakery where you will start with a must: a hot slice of
pizza bianca with Mortadella. Then you will go to an Enoteca/Trattoria where you will
taste delicious polpette cooked with aromatic herbs paired with a glass of Prosecco;
then you will enter a grocery that will impress you for the selection of cheeses, hams,
salami coming from different part of Italy. Leave some space for a homemade gelato
to be tasted in an authentic gelateria...

GHOST TOUR STORYTELLING
This tour is for the dare to taste the mysterious atmosphere of Rome by night through mysterious and eeire paths. You will be lead to several interesting sights; you will see the house of the most famous and empathetic murderer ever to work in the Eternal City and visit the bridge that legend told haunted by the ghost of the secret lover of Pope Innocenzo X.
