Pädaste Manor is a historic fifteenth century Baltic estate which is nestled in an unspoilt nature reserve on the Muhu Island in the Baltic Sea. Ideal silence, breathtaking views, the scents of the northern meadows and forests, the crispness of the evening cold, the velvety darkness and profundity of the starry skies will be with you during your unforgettable and experiential stay.
This exquisite Manor House had been left totally untouched for decades; in the course of the past 16 years it has been saved from dereliction, gently reawakened and painstakingly restored with much attention to detail. The result of this renovation is this luxurious hotel offering supreme comfort and understated luxury, a relaxed combination of Estonian history and 21st century life style, presented with unmistakable flair and a fine sense of humor.
Sumptuous bespoke bedding and luxuriant fabrics set the tone and exquisite local antiques are comfortable next to modern classics. Natural materials and textures are tactile and inviting, giving a lucid quality and very particular character to this exceptional Baltic Manor. An eye for detail, unashamed comfort and the power of the surrounding elements make Pädaste Manor a very special destination.
The estate is an oasis of peace and tranquility with inspiring places to relax, exercise, explore, dine and indulge.
Pädaste Manor is located in a small village of Pädaste, which is on the Muhu Island in Estonia. Muhu Island is an unspoiled treasure, which has preserved its meadows, juniper forests, and isolated farms. The dolomite cliff and caves on the northern shore, the 13th century St. Catharine’s Church and the old Koguva fishing village are all worth a visit during your stay.
The country's capital city Tallinn and its international airport is about 2 hour drive, while Riga, the capital city of Latvia, is approximately 4 hour drive.
The experience offered at Pädaste Spa is based on harmony and revitalization of all six senses, in the understanding that our well-being is complete only if all senses get positive stimulation, rest and relaxation.
Relaxation and well being based on -sometimes centuries old- Estonian herbal traditions befit the unspoiled beauty and harmony of Muhu Island. At Pädaste Spa there is no place for global brands.
Treatments marked with n are especially noteworthy, as they are based on old Muhu herbal traditions....
