Hemingway Bar - bar

Cole Porter would spend up to 9 hours a day in the Hemingway Bar: he's said to have composed "Begin the Beguine" here. F. Scott Fitzgerald had his favorite seat. It's an observation that earned the author of "In Search of Lost Time" a salon named in his honor, a place where, comfortably settled into a plush armchair, in the company of rare books and warm woodwork, one can simply take the time to daydream and to indulge in the memorable delights of madeleines and exceptional teas. Ritz Bar - restaurant

A bistro spirit with an Art Deco feel, an echo of the Années Folles when the adjectlve "Ritzy" was coined. Here, dishes are made for sharing, at lunch or dinner, with a glass of exceptional wine.
