From the opposite side of the cove, Royal Riviera overlooks the exotic edifice, perched upon a bed of rocks, and surrounded by cyprus olive trees. After enduring the most distressing offence which a grand hotel can possibly suffer - that of being transformed into private apartments - Royal Riviera was finally reborn in 1999.

In July and August, the summer Pergola restaurant is open everyday for lunch. It is located next to the swimming pool with a magnificient view of the sea. The Chef offers a large choice of salads and Mediterranean specialities, as well as barbecue grilled meat and fish.

Bar Le Cap features wooden masks, a zebra skin, and a variety of ethnical objects. The Bar boasts a full lenght terrace overlooking the hotel gardens.
