Savoy River Cruise:

The Savoy offers Luxury Thames River Cruises on board the Silver Darling, Woods’ Silver Fleet’s 15m high-speed river yacht. Available for private sightseeing cruises for up to 12 or for transfers to the O2 and other river destinations, the Silver Darling will be moored at Savoy Pier, just a short stroll from The Savoy’s River Entrance. To enhance the River Cruise experience guests can pre-order champagne and a Kaspar’s Fruit de Mer hamper to enjoy on board.

The Savoy’s unique location at the point of the river’s curve makes for the most dramatic views across the Thames with a London vista stretching from Canary Wharf to the Houses of Parliament and beyond with seven of London’s bridges visible. The Silver Darling provides a unique and efficient way to travel for both business and leisure, bypassing city traffic and reaching Canary Wharf and the O2 in under 30 minutes. With its plush interiors featuring a limited edition diamond-dusted Damien Hirst artwork, state of the art sound system and an intimate deck, the Silver Darling is a luxurious base from which to enjoy a sightseeing experience with close-up views of such iconic London landmarks as the Palace of Westminster, the London Eye, Somerset House and Tower Bridge.

Meetings And Events:

The Savoy has traditionally been one of London's most eminent venues that is rich in history and glamour. The Banqueting Rooms are well known for hosting grander affairs while the Private Rooms are ideal for more intimate gatherings. The hotel boasts a separate River Entrance on a quiet road on the Thames side of the building that gives events a real sense of arrival. Guests are welcomed by the hotel's experienced events team who can help plan each event down to the smallest detail.

At The Savoy, you’ll find some of the London’s best-known restaurants and bars. Kaspar’s Seafood Bar and Grill, launched in May 2013, joins Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill and the British institution Simpson’s-In-The-Strand. Take Afternoon Tea in the Thames Foyer, then move to the American Bar (widely regarded as one of the world’s best hotel bars) for a 1920s cocktail, or enjoy champagne and enjoy cabaret in the theatrical Beaufort Bar.

The Savoy’s bijou tea store Savoy Tea, offers exquisite teas and bespoke accessories in an imperial Eastern atmosphere.

Weddings:

Renowned wedding planner Bruce Russell and his expert team are behind Savoy Weddings, which offers an entirely personal and expert approach to the most memorable of occasions from beginning to end.

Whether you are considering a lavish wedding or an intimate occasion for immediate family, The Savoy’s impressive rooms and spaces allow for any style of event.

The iconic Lancaster Ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests for a dinner dance, while the River Room is ideal for a glamorous cocktail reception for up to 400 guests. The Abraham Lincoln room can host a ceremony of up to 300 guests or a dinner/dance reception for up to 120.

The Savoy’s six private dining rooms are able to host from ten to 50 guests, while some of the signature suites, many of which overlook the River Thames, offer the perfect setting for small ceremonies and receptions. A stately Royal Suite sits across half of the hotel’s entire fifth floor and can accommodate a civil ceremony, cocktail reception and private dinner against the spectacular river view backdrop.

The Savoy’s creative team of chefs is able to offer a la carte menus for any number of guests and can create something entirely bespoke for you. The Savoy also holds a kosher catering license.

Beauty and Fitness at The Savoy is a private facility in the heart of London for health, relaxation and wellbeing, and can be enjoyed by hotel guests and members. The centrepiece is the 10m swimming pool, situated in its own atrium and filled with natural light.

State-of-the-art fitness equipment includes cardiovascular machines by Technogym and free weights, while personal trainers are available to help maintain fitness.

A full menu of massage, facial and beauty treatments are offered alongside separate male and female, sauna, steam rooms and changing rooms.
