Six Senses Zighy Bay Resort is located on the northern Musandam Peninsula in the Sultanate of Oman.
The setting of these beautiful indigenous village-style accommodations and private marina is spectacular, with the dramatic mountains on one side and the sandy beach of Zighy Bay on the other.

Zighy Bay is located 75 miles (120 kilometers), or a 120-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (DXB), which is the gateway city to Six Senses Zighy Bay.
Owing to the unique location of Six Senses Zighy Bay, guests have the choice of three arrival experiences. The dramatic 4x4 drive down from the top of the hill overlooking the bay is the usual arrival method. For a supplementary charge, they can take a scenic fifteen-minute speed boat trip from a nearby port. For the ultimate arrival experience, they can travel as a companion passenger with the Six Senses’ professional paraglider.
All visitors are required to send the passport copy/passport details minimum of three working days prior to the arrival date to obtain a border pass to cross the UAE-Oman check point; as for the UAE Resident, a passport and UAE Resident Visa copies are needed as stated in the new regulation of UAE-Oman border.
Round-trip transfer between Dubai and the resort by 4WD limousine can also be booked in advance.
Important notes: Visitors need to send us the passport copy min 3 working days prior to arrival to process borderpass to cross UAE-Oman checkpoint. UAE Residents need to send the copy of their UAE Resident visa in addition to the passport copy. The Border pass will be process free of charge and will be available with the Public Relations Office available at the checkpoint.
Per governing law from the United Arab Emirates and Sultanate of Oman, no alcohol is permitted when crossing the border.
