With its interior designed by David Linley, The Dining Room is the destination restaurant for proper British cuisine.
Whether bathed in natural light by day, or sumptuously aglow with custom Swarowski chandeliers at night, this restaurant has the buzz without losing the elegance.
The Goring Afternoon Teas are served daily from 3.30pm - 4.30pm in the sunny Terrace, overlooking the gardens, or in the warm and inviting Lounge.
There are four Private Dining Rooms which, as well as being used for dinner and lunches, can be used for meetings. Each of them has a different feel and character catering for between 4 people and 40.
The hotel provides perfect venues for weddings for up to 50 people.
Accommodation at The Goring includes complimentary membership at Victoria’s LA Fitness Club, three minutes walk away, providing swimming pool, sauna, and state-of-the-art gymnasium. Massage treatments and fitness classes may also be booked directly with the Club.
The Goring is an especially kids friendly hotel offering family accommodation and special kids' programmes.
The Splendid Balcony Room offers a new height of glamour and panache, with bespoke furniture and the latest technology.
These rooms have their own private balconies overlooking the gorgeous Goring Gardens.
Inside it is pure luxury designed by Tim Gosling, one of the hottest British designers. He has used the greatest carpenters to create desks with secret TVs, American walnut and shagreen wardrobes and a bedhead celebrating the dashboard of a Bentley. The bathroom in exquisite sandstone is impossible to leave!
Each of the Splendid Silk Rooms is adorned with hand woven and historic silk wall coverings, sumptuous fabrics, stunning colours, and laden with utterly unique and personal touches.
They represent true luxury in a hotel filled with luxury. The silks used by British designer Russell Sage are rewoven from some of the grandest houses and palaces in the country.
Two of the Junior Suites offer the guests a separate sitting room and bedroom, allowing privacy as well as room to work or entertain. These suites overlook Victoria Square.
The Junior Suite in ‘Studio Style’, newly decorated by Nina Campbell, has the most beautiful bathroom in the hotel’s famous turret. The bedroom end of the room is like a jewel box with luxuriously embroidered silks – you just cannot wait to jump into bed.
The Belgravia Suites enjoy all the charm, serenity and style of a country hotel, yet are perfectly practical and flawlessly fitting for city living.
The Belgravia Suites are considerably larger than the Junior Suites with an entrance leading into the light, spacious drawing room, following through to the imposing bedroom. The bedding configuration can be changed to two single beds on request. These suites overlook the front of the hotel on Beeston Place, the quiet side road on which The Goring stands. Kick off your shoes in your drawing room and enjoy the calm.
For the ultimate Goring Suite experience request The Nina Campbell Suite. The most contemporary Drawing Room leads to a wonderfully conceived bedroom with cream silks and 1940’s style wallpapers. The bathroom is simply divine with a generously proportioned walk-in shower and a silvered slipper bath.
This four room suite stretches across the whole length of the top floor overlooking the private gardens. Spectacular Gainsborough silks have been used throughout. The Drawing Room and Dining Room are in the palette of powder blues whilst the bedrooms are champagne pink and a sage green silk from a pattern first woven in 1910.
A wonderful collection of antique books, china, glass and silver has been brought together creating a unique atmosphere across the four rooms. A truly exquisite blend of homeliness and luxurious grandeur - in keeping with the rest of the hotel.
A new balcony has been created running right across the suite with magnificent panoramic views over the skyline of London.
