Tribeca Grill
Since 1990, Tribeca Grill has become one of New York’s downtown restaurant landmarks and was instrumental in helping put the Tribeca neighborhood on the map. Executive Chef Stephen Lewandowski’s market driven menu features robust dishes such as Berkshire T-Bone Pork Chop with Homemade Potato Pierogi, Seared Sea Scallops with Chanterelles & Corn Pudding and Braised Short Ribs with Porcini Mushrooms, Fava Beans & English Peas. Carini Lang
Its been written that if Joe Carini was alive 700 years ago he would have been making hand made carpets for kings and queens. His creations are inspired by water, space and animals and are coveted by the likes of Brad Pitt and Jay Z. Considered an impeccable colorist his works are bold and vibrant and made exclusively from natural dyes. As a self described “process guy” his hand touches every casino online aspect of the operation including concept, design and production – from Joes imagination to Nepal and ultimately to downtown Manhattan. His design studio and storefront, Carini Lang, is located in a beautiful old bank on the corner of Jay and Greenwich Street just blocks from the hotel.

Urban Archaeology
Since 1978 Urban Archaeology has been at the vanguard of saving historic architectural elements (like the marble sinks from the original St. Regis Hotel) and transforming them into beautiful and original products. The studio is a wonderland of antiques and vintage curiosities where you will find everything from murals of salvaged mosaic, antique bathtubs and barber chairs to replicas of restored lighting fixtures. Also worth browsing is their workshop, production site of custom chairs and tables, bath accessories and other tile and stone creations.

Playing Mantis
Playing Mantis exhibits and sells a beautiful collection of handmade toys and crafts, from around the world. Inspired by children and mother-nature, each craft, tells a story of a heritage, culture and of passion for artistic and humane expression.

Clocktower Gallery
Clocktower Gallery is a non-profit art center founded in 1972 and is home to both art residencies and pioneering exhibitions. The space is also where AIR, Art International Radio was founded. The center has a mission to be the leading source of audio art, cultural dialogue, music and new media innovation with goals to promote the work of both emerging and established artists. Artists who have presented there include Max Neuhaus, Richard Tuttle and Lynda Benglis and actor and artist, James Franco.

Soho Photo
In 1971 Soho Photo gallery was established by a group of New York Times photographers. As the only non-profit cooperative photo gallery in New York City, the organization is fully run by its members. Artists who have exhibited at the space include well-known photographers such as Jill Freedman, Ansel Adams and Andre Kertesz.

The Flea Theater
Three of New York’s downtown theater veterans founded The Flea Theater in 1996. The Flea has goals of supporting talented artists and has been the home to established, emerging and mid-career artists in New York’s Off-Off Broadway scene. The theater presents and produces dozens of new shows a year and has been the recipient of various accolades, such as two OBIE Awards.

Sarabeth’s Kitchen
The popular bakery and restaurant which opened its doors in 1981 selling award winning jams, recently set up shop in Tribeca. With eight various New York restaurants and one in Key West, Florida, this baked goods haven now severs up an extensive American menu complete with the signature jams that they started with. Sarabeth’s offers a great family atmosphere, and is one of our top suggestions for brunch in the neighborhood.

Brandy Library
With a veritable museum of brandy and cognacs on their menu and more than 900 bottles at their disposal, Brandy Library’s moniker speaks for itself. The neighborhood lounge has a collection of rare spirits and classic cocktails intertwined within an all encompassing food menu served in romantically lit surrounds. Duane Park Patisserie

Art In General
The nonprofit arts organization, Art in General’s goals are to assist artists with the production and presentation of unconventional and original artwork . The space was founded with aims at lending a gallery space to artists as well as promoting the exchange of artistic ideas among peers. Currently, they have an eclectic presentation of exhibits and host a national and international artist residency program. Since 2005, the exhibition program has been focused on the commissioning of new work from artists and they exemplify this with original and exciting exhibitions. They have a space dedicated solely to a rotating exhibit of contemporary art.
