The Singular Patagonia is located in the converted “Frigorifico Puerto Bories”, a former post-Victorian cold-storage plant built in 1915 and declared a national monument in 1996. The 2 restaurants, bar and museum are housed in the historic Landmark, exhibiting the factory’s original machinery – much of which is British made. From Argentina, once in Buenos Aires, take a 3:30 hour flight to El Calafate.
