Entering, visitors are greeted by impressive vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors and a large open space where everyone can find their own corner to relax. The main entrance opens onto a cosy lounge with TV and a double arched hallway that leads to a living area with a massive fireplace and a large dining room that comfortably accommodates 12 people. The spacious kitchen with a center island and a two-door refrigerator, is equipped with all the utensils and appliances to make you feel right at home. On this floor there is also a guest bathroom and a lovely bedroom with private bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR
A massive stone staircase leads to the first floor which opens onto a spacious living room with a fireplace. A glass door leads to a balcony connected to the garden by an external staircase. Four bedrooms, double or twin, with wardrobe and private bathroom with rain shower complete the floor. One of the bathrooms with a bathtub has a beautiful view of the golf course. All rooms have parquet floors and wooden beamed ceilings.
OUTSIDE
Surrounded by rosemary and lavender plants, the I Bianchi farmhouse has a private covered parking area with three parking spaces. In the garden there is a swimming pool with an internal staircase, surrounded by a large paved area used as a solarium. Next to the pool there is a small outbuilding with a toilet, a shower and a fitness area. A small building beside the farmhouse has been renovated with a wood-burning oven, perfect for roasting and cooking fragrant homemade pizzas.
The wrought iron gate is located a few meters beyond a slight turn of the path that, bordered by olive trees and lavender plants, continues up to the pavement that leads to the entrance door. After parking the car in a practical and spacious garage, youe enter the villa: a few steps and you are in the main hall where we discover a wall in natural stone, furnishings and finishes in pastel coloured wood and a typical Tuscan terracotta flooring. The whole family can gather around the large dining table, then move in front of the fireplace in winter or out in the cool under the pergola in summer. The kids, but not only them, might have fun in the multimedia room adjacent to the lounge area, equipped with a large flat screen ideal for movies and cartoons, or they might play around the pool while the parents, lying comfortably on the loungers, relax in the sun.
From the large living room, next to the fireplace, you enter a corridor leading to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom designed for children and another double bedroom with view, to the west towards the pool and to the south towards the green of hole no. 3. Each room offers direct access to the garden and the pool through large French windows, beyond which there is a covered loggia and two pergolas furnished with wicker lounges and bamboo; ideal environment to enjoy magnificent summer sunsets and long dinners with the whole family, surrounded by the enchanting panorama of the Tuscan hills.

Around the Casale there are ancient woods and lakes, organic arable land, vineyards and olive groves as well as the hills that host the medieval Borgo and the Golf Club Castelfalfi. The mix of flagstone and wood floors and the use of terracotta, oak and travertine bring the landscape into the home achieving and understated and enduring beauty. Here, a casale with its 8 rooms and a private pool is ready to welcome families and groups up to 16 guests.

The barn of the historical farmhouse becomes a fascinating house of two floors: Il Fienile. At the ground floor of the barn take place a spacious living area, illuminated by the large arches in glass, it features a fireplace made with rough wood which invites to relax tasting a good glass of Tuscan wine.

Through a masonry staircase, the living room leads to the upper floor, which houses two bedrooms with views of Castelfalfi Castle and the Tuscan hills. Through a bricked staircase there is the access to first floor, which hosts two bedrooms the view of the Castle and the Tuscan hills.
In addition to the shared swimming pool, perfect to enjoy the climate of the Tuscan summer, the barn of Il Fienile is in the centre of all the Resort services: restaurants, bar and the club house of Golf Club Castelfalfi.
