Restaurant Francis Mallmann
A brand new restaurant by Francis Mallman is a new way of cooking that arrives in Château La Coste from Argentina. Freshly caught fish cooked in a wood burning oven. Charolais beef roasted by a " feu en dome ". Vegetables and provencal herbs cooked the " Rescoldo " way, buried in ashes. The famous vegetable roll marinated and cooked " à la plancha " .
