Nestled in a peaceful location, slightly set back from the world's most beautiful avenue, La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa overlooks the Grand Palais, the Eiffel Tower, the Pantheon and the Concorde obelisk. Just in front, a majestic curtain of trees preserves the intimacy of this place, like an echo of the Elysée gardens nearby.

Michel Reybier's highly distinctive urban mansion has all the elegance of a 19th century private apartment, where ultra-personalized services can be enjoyed in complete simplicity and discretion.

All around are immense spaces bathed in light, barely muted by the rich fabrics of the hangings. Scattered here and there are beautiful marble fireplaces, and everywhere the joy of vast indoor spaces, typical of Haussmann-style apartments. The noble and generous materials exude a forgotten spirit of generosity. More suites than rooms, a library reserved for guests and their friends, a smoking lounge, a 16-meter indoor pool (a rarity in Paris), wine cellars in the suites, an inner courtyard with lush greenery echoing the landscaped entrance. At La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa, you experience the quintessence of Parisian chic in the Belle Époque.

Enjoy a privileged, private side of Paris; get behind-the-scenes access to the historical landmarks and cultural hubs of the city’s vibrant life. The service offered by La Réserve finds new expressions here, with brand-new experiences to offer others or simply spoil oneself with a range of unexpected surprises that make every stay unforgettable.

Le Bar:

With its impressive collection of wines, the Bar has enough to satisfy the most discerning connoisseur. Guests also have the option of tasting their favourite vintages in the Library. And all the greatest classics in the art of cocktail-making feature on the menu. The barman can even improvise a recipe to order from a list of ingredients. Regulars can thus enjoy their exclusive personalized cocktail whenever they visit.

Restaurant Le Gabriel:

In a capital as stimulating as Paris when it comes to gastronomy, La Réserve Paris – Hotel and Spa rises ably to the challenge with its restaurant, Le Gabriel, presided over by the chef Jérôme Banctel, offering contemporary French cuisine inspired by the seasons.

Enhanced but never disguised, products are left to be discovered and rediscovered in all their natural glory. This philosophy of quality can be seen in every offering. But respect for what is natural in no way excludes a certain gustatory fantasy, which here and there borrows culinary inspiration from all over the world, providing a surprise for tastebuds with an inspired reinterpretation of the great classics. This is not about a delirious avant-garde frenzy, but instead just enough creativity to give each dish the excitement of "the first time".

Le Gabriel restaurant has two Michelin stars.

La Pagode de Cos:

In tribute to Cos d’Estournel, Second Grand cru classé and owned by Michel Reybier, La Pagode de Cos invites you to on a culinary spice route journey.

Since its beginnings, Cos d’Estournel wine surpassed the ratings of the most prestigious vintages and was exported as far afield as India. Its founder, Louis Gaspard d’Estournel became the "Maharaja of Saint-Estèphe" and to celebrate his far-off conquests, he had exotic pagodas built over his cellars.

This originality is echoed by Jérôme Banctel in an innovative menu. Gilthead seabream avocado, radish and Siamese sauce tartare; Scallops, lemongrass infused soup; Minced beef, tapioca noodles and coriander; Pineapple caramelized with Paï Mu Tan tea... Foodies in search of brand new flavours on the spice route are sure to be delighted with what they discover at La Pagode de Cos.

And if you don’t happen to be a fan of travel, rest assured that the spice route continues to run parallel (albeit with a hint of mischief) to all your usual favorites at La Réserve.

Wellness & Fitness:

Set around the 16-meter indoor pool are just three treatment rooms, a fitness area with a sports coach, creating a peaceful atmosphere where one is finally relieved of pressure and can succumb to a complete disconnect from the daily grind. Men are not forgotten, with a range of services indispensable to modern-day gentlemen.

La Réserve Paris spa offers Nescens-Swiss anti-aging science cosmeceutical products.

Born of the medical expertise of the Center for the Prevention of Aging at the Clinique de Genolier (Switzerland), created by Professor Jacques Proust, a pioneer in the realm of aging biology and anti-aging medicine, the Nescens-Swiss anti-aging science brand offers in exclusivity at La Réserve Paris sophisticated treatments for men and women, better-aging massages and cosmeceutical anti-aging products.

Completely personalized body and face treatments may be tailored to every individual need and desire.
