La Cuisine: The Michelin-star French restaurant ‘La Cuisine’ immerses guests in a friendly, artistic decor that elegantly combines large tables and more private alcoves.

Guest tables face the open kitchen of Chef Hans Zahner, who joined the hotel in 2013. Under the direction of Executive Chef Laurent André, Hans incorporates light and flavorful notes in his sophisticated, generous and spontaneous French cuisine.

His flavors are beautifully complemented by the wines selected by the Head Sommelier Manuel Peyrondet (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Best Sommelier in France) and by the desserts, macarons and chocolates created by famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé, the “Picasso of Pastry”.

A magnificent fresco, ‘A Garden in Paris’, by French artist Stéphane Calais, graces the ceiling.

And during warm weather, the Terrace naturally opens up with seating for brunch, lunch and dinner.
Il Carpaccio: This Italian restaurant Il Carpaccio is the only Michelin-star Italian restaurant in Paris.

It first opened its doors 30 years ago, and has since established itself as a true institution.

Drawing on his heritage, Chef Roberto Rispoli gives a very personal interpretation of traditional family recipes from Italy’s many regions, using the best and freshest Italian produce.

Originally from Pompei near Naples, Roberto has revived Il Carpaccio under the direction of Executive Chef Laurent André, with superstar pastry chef Pierre Hermé bringing classic Italian desserts to a whole new level, and Head Sommelier Manuel Peyrondet (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Best Sommelier in France) sharing his passion for Italian wines.

The intimate dining room draws on a Sicilian baroque style with an extravagant shell decor on the walls, opening onto a lovely glass conservatory drenched in light. Two contemporary artists have created unique works of art that add to the Italian theme.
Le Bar Long: A place to meet and talk, this hotel bar in Paris is an unusual spot—its structure is broken up by large white linen curtains, works of art and a surprising collection of lamps and chandeliers.

Located at the heart of the hotel, Le Bar Long is a high, long, narrow and luminous bar. For this space, Philippe Starck wanted to break with convention, the repetitive face-to-face layout between patrons and a bartender moving behind a bar.

This is a place where people stop, talk, read and enjoy the great classics of luxury hotel bars or chic tapas, all served with original cocktails.
Terrace Garden: This garden restaurant in Paris defines the very essence of the identity of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris. Le Bar Long and the two restaurants open onto the garden. It flourishes and transforms throughout the day and the seasons, and the huge teapot by the artist Joana Vasconcelos adds an additional touch of magic to the site. Benches surround the pond in the middle of the garden; deep within it, you can see the water moving in the spa swimming pool below.
Cigar Lounge: The Viñales Club, a cozy lounge filled with fine materials, books and works of art, welcomes connoisseurs of Havanas, Montecristos and other cigars, happy to gather round whirls of smoke, settled comfortably in plush Club chairs, while reading, pondering or savoring a drink. It is a private club, strictly reserved to members, each with their own private humidor.
Spa: A temple of wellbeing and contemporary beauty, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris Spa, the first Spa My Blend by Clarins, offers a unique haven of peace and relaxation in the heart of Paris.

A paradise of pure white, this 1,500 sqm space includes a 23-meter infinity pool, the largest ever built in a Paris luxury hotel. The exclusive treatments, relaxation rooms including a hammam, laconium room and sauna, and dedicated fitness coaches make this luxury hotel spa in Paris a temple of tailor-made luxury. The spa can be accessed directly from every floor.
Kids: True to its own very distinct and creative spirit, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris offers a totally original, inspirational children’s program, Le Petit Royal. At its heart is a line-up of fun weekend workshops to be held during Saturday Brunch at restaurant La Cuisine.

Creative workshops are led by professional artists and available in French and English. Each workshop is inspired by major exhibitions currently taking place in Paris.
