Lasarte Restaurant opened in January 2006. Lasarte is Martín Berasategui's cuisine embassy in Barcelona.

One year after its opening, in 2007, Lasarte was awarded the first star in prestigious Michellín Guide and in 2010 obtained the second star. In the recently presented Michelin Guide 2017 Lasarte it is awarded with 3 Michelin stars.

After a full renovation carried out recently, the new Lasarte Restaurant is surprisingly much more modern and with more spacious and bright look.

The rehabilitation project has been leaded by architects Oscar Tusquets, Carles Bassó and Tote Moreno and interior decoration is signed by interior designer Mercè Borrell. The emphasis on light, textures with dominance of oak and selection of furnishings have been the mainstay of the entire project to give the restaurant a unique personality.

The restaurant has a semi-private room in the main dining room and a second private dining room, called the Chef's Table for up to 8 people - located in a loft over the kitchen with glass wall that allows the hotel's guests to follow on all staging and creativity of the dishes

Oria Restaurant is a modern and sophisticated space integrated into the lobby of the hotel by means of an inverted pyramid structure. It is mainly characterised by its high ceiling, a skylight that floods the space with natural light and a lamp-pool with still waters which brings order to the setting.

The Bistro-style restaurant, directed by Martín Berasategui, serves fresh cuisine inspired by the gastronomy of the countries that are bathed by the Mediterranean with a nod to Basque cuisine. The best ingredients in equilibrium with creativity are the hallmarks of Oria’s culinary offer.

Glasss is the new glazed and bright space located on the terrace of the 6th floor of the hotel to welcome the day with a succulent breakfast buffet.

A wide selection of fresh products are availableat the buffet to choose from  breads, pastries and cakes all home made by the pastry chef, sausages and cold cuts, organic cheeses  and yogurts or a section of fresh vegetables, fruits and juices.

The buffet also features a space dedicated to international, Lebanese and Chinese breakfasts, a gluten-free food corner and a section for vegetarians.

Breakfast at Glasss also offers a selection of cooked dishes "à la minute".

SPA
Since its creation, the prestigious Swiss firm Valmont has poured all of its experience in professional treatments combining product performance and precise gestures into each body and facial ritual.

FITNESS
The fitness room is open 24 hours a day and equipped with Technogym machines of the latest technology and free weights.

There is also a possibility of hiring a personal trainer service on Request as to design their training programs.

Dry and Wet Saunas can also be found.

POOL
The timelessness, elegance and innovative design of the hotel's interiors are also projected in the outdoor spaces. The Hotel has a spectacular terrace on the roof of the 6th floor overlooking the Passeig de Gracia and where the Mediterranean vegetation, plants and flowers play a major role.

The Terrace has an outdoor swimming pool covered in white mosaic and pure lines that evokes the crystalline waters of the Mediterranean.

The pool has dimensions of 20.5 meters long X 3.5 meters wide and 1 meter deep and is complemented by a lounge area for relaxing moments.

The terrace also has different leisure and catering areas for the use and enjoyment of the hotel's guest and also the local visitor.
