The Bar is housed in a traditional, open-sided thatched roof structure, caressed by balmy sea breezes and lit by a magnificent cast iron chandelier. The Gunpowder Room is a recognised national monument that dates back to 19th century, French colonial times. It can seat up to six couples for an intimate dining experience, and also hosts local rum and wine tasting sessions. The menu features traditional Mauritian and contemporary Japanese cuisine, served on different nights, according to schedule.
A stylish, al fresco dining space that overlooks the Indian Ocean and twinkling lights of Port Louis harbour, The Restaurant encompasses a traditional, thatched roof pavilion and dining under the stars. Guests are welcomed by enchanting wooden bird sculptures and will be mesmerised by the azure reflection pool that is lit by magnificent flaming torches at night. The Restaurant is a formal dining venue, serving Creole, International and Asian cuisine. It is open for breakfast and dinner.
On the Rocks is a truly unique dining venue. Located on top of dark volcanic rocks that extend into the ocean, guests can hear the waves crashing beneath them and almost dip their toes in the waters as they savour fresh seafood from the live grill, salads, pasta and wood-fired pizza.
