Today we are meeting with Mariella Avino, Managing Director and Owner of Palazzo Avino, a luxury 5-star hotel in Ravello, Amalfi Coast, Campania Region, Italy.
Mariella's father found this property in 1995 and fell in love with it. Back then the building was abandoned and he saw it, its potential and brought it back to life! The hotel underwent two years of huge renovations, but conservative, and opened its doors in 1997.
In this exclusive interview, Mariella explained what she valued most in her employees and shared the Top 3 "secret" places in Amalfi Coast that everyone coming here should experience.
