Join Michelin Star Chef Boris Campanella for an exclusive cooking masterclass in the iconic kitchens of Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel. During the two hours masterclass, guests will have the opportunity to make a vegetarian dish guided by the Chef as well as discuss the importance of seasonality ans sustainabilty in cuisine with Executive Chef Boris Campanella and Head Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin. The experience will conclude by a private dinner in La Cave where wines served by Head Sommelier Xavier Thuizat will complement de dishes previously prepared.
