In this interview we are talking to Toru Machida, who is the Head Concierge at the luxurious 5-star Belmond Cadogan Hotel in Chelsea, London.
Belmond, formerly knows as Orient Express, is a hospitality company that operates luxury hotels, train services and river cruises worldwide.
Toru Machida worked for such deluxe hotels in London including The Connaught, Shangri-La Hotel, at the Shard, The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, and since 2018 he is been with Belmond Cadogan Hotel, where he fulfills the demands of his high-end guests. Toru is also the Vice President of Les Clefs d'Or of Great Britain - an association of hotel concierge.
