Tenerife

Tenerife is a very popular destination during the winter season, due to its pleasant and warm weather in December and January. There will be parties and fireworks in most of the towns and resorts on the island. Bars and restaurants also offer special New Year’s Eve themed dinners or parties.

There are two best resorts in Tenerife. One of them is The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, which is set on a spectacular clifftop in Guia de Isora. This Moorish-inspired offers an access to an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Ryder Cup player Dave Thomas, a tennis academy, a cycling centre, and kids’ club.
